Refund Policy

At The Lounge Label, we want you to love every cozy piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging/condition.

  • To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at shoptheloungelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost.

  • Please include photos or details to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, worn loungewear and accessories cannot be returned.
