  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

  • During high-volume times (holidays, sales, or launches), processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We currently ship to U.S, Canada & International.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is damaged, missing, or not delivered, please contact us at shoptheloungelabel@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment or refund.
